What you may do with the files

You may use the files for your own work. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD, as shown next to each buy button. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. The contract is formed when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page.

Delivery

After payment the files are available as a download on the order page. A receipt email with a download link is attempted through Resend. A missing email does not cancel the purchase or the download. Each download link lasts 5 minutes by default and never longer than 60 minutes. The order page states how long the current link lasts. The order stays in this browser, so an expired link can be refreshed.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are a consumer, this contract concerns digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Under § 356(5) BGB, your right of withdrawal lapses when delivery begins only after you expressly consent to our beginning delivery immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that lapse. When you accept these terms at Stripe Checkout, you agree to them and to our beginning delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins. We rely on that lapse only after you have accepted these terms at checkout.

Until delivery begins, you may withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email to hello@homebakeryspreadsheets.com or a letter to march second GmbH, Hornau 9, 87600 Kaufbeuren, Germany. If you withdraw before delivery begins, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Other statutory rights are not limited.

Refunds

Outside statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the product liability law that applies to these sales. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
